2020: UPLOAD all documents!

Try this route and Upload your Players Documents!
When you register your player for the Spring Season you will have the option to upload all needed documents. Save time and Upload your (3) Proof of Residence or School Form, Birth Certificate (new players only) & the 2020 Registration packet! If you opt to upload your players documents you will not need to turn in the above documents at a Document Collection Date. Print & fill out the registration packet sent with your confirmation email and then upload files to your players account. Please review your players account that files were uploaded successfully. An administrator will contact you if your file is incomplete. Once a players Birth Certificate has been verified, no need to bring in yearly.
